INCEPTION MEETING/ TRANSFORMATION MEETING

Holistic Partners Development (HOPADE) is a Community/Member Based Organization/MBO started in 2012 as a blog – www.hopade.blogsport.com  it was just a normal blog doing presentation and consultation on development issues to the communities. One of the consultation activities HOPADE was doing is Business and Entrepreneurship, Public Lectures and Presentation, Gender Equality Advocacy, Human Rights, Local Tourism/Cultural Tourism, Ministries/Holistic Ministries and other  event planning especially youth events like marriages/ relationship, youth projects etc.

After the findings and huge demand of the communities- we came to realize that we have to make a complete change/transformation from a social blog to a Community/ Member Based Organization. In doing so we now inviting members all over to our first inception meeting and transformation meeting to be held in 63 Garden/Club 63-Kisongo Arusha Dodoma Road and 15km from Arusha City and 10km from Arusha Airport. Starting time is 14:00pm-17:00pm

The following are the agenda of the inception meeting:-

·         Opening Session

·         Introduction from members

·         Presentation about HOPADE

·         Questions/ discussion/ comments,

·         Forming Board Members; members of the board, and chairperson

·         Way forward; registration, areas of operation and location, office location, funds strategies, work plan etc

·         Closing
